3.3 ph28 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph28 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by ph28 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph28 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.4 ph28 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
4.5 ph28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, login from unusual geographic locations, or patterns consistent with account compromise.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. ph28 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes. Attempts to fund your ph28 account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may result in account review.

5.6 Withdrawal to Same Method. ph28 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with Philippine financial regulations.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph28 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you in advance.
6.1 ph28 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

11.2 ph28's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph28 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph28 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph28 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by interruptions to the Platform, including scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond ph28's reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph28's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ph28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 You may close your ph28 account at any time by contacting ph28 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13.
